heated pool exquisite decor
The heated pool offered a refreshing experience after a long day. The sauna and steam room were clean with great decor. I was also impressed by the exquisite decor throughout the hotel. There were interesting details to admire everywhere.

central location great decor nice staff friendly staff dull atmosphere few coffee
the location were terrifically central and i did liked the beautiful decor throughout the hotel. the food at the restaurant was also great, plus, the waitstaff for both the restaurant and room service are great. i thought the front desk staff and bellman was very nice to me.
the atmosphere feels quite and dull, a bit sad. i also notes a lack of attention in the room, there werent enough coffee pods. its a shame cause i like coffee.

excellent assistance helpful concierge delicious meals
the staff provided excellent assistance. jeff at the concierge was very helpful with directions. nelson even walked me to a nearby museum. the dining room staff prepared delicious meals, even when i was the only one dining there.

Really good Stay
comfortable mattress open shower quality selection
I was accommodated with a special request for my room. It was fitted with comforts and amenities. The mattress felt comfortable alongside high ceilings and an open shower. The bathroom featured many drawers. Breakfast included a quality selection of foods, perfect for late risers.
Reaching the hotel by car proved complicated as directions were not provided upon reservation.

The staff offered really good kindness from the front desk to the restaurant. I saw one manager go to several news agents to find a newspaper for a guest. This highlights the dedication to guest satisfaction.

The rooms were beautifully designed and furnished with attention to detail. I had a spacious layout. The beds featured comfortable memory foam mattresses alongside various pillow sizes. The shower room was large and warm with luxurious towels.

amazing hotel!
comfy mattress high ceilings open shower
I loved the comfy mattress. It was super high! the high ceilings added to the spacious feel, i also really liked the generously sized open shower. the bathtub overlooked the beautiful place des martyrs. It.

I secured a signature suite and the layout was Really good. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, it had high ceilings.
